CRED

VOLUNTEER
UCSF, NO ONE DIES ALONE
As a NODA volunteer, I serve imminently dying, unaccompanied adult inpatients at the UCSF Parnassus location. NODA volunteers offer companionship to adults on one of the inpatient units who have not had family members or friends visiting, or to a patient whose family/friends are keeping vigil and might need a brief respite.
EXPERIENCE CORPS
Working with Experience Corps, I support an intergenerational volunteer-based tutoring program that is proven to help children who aren’t reading at grade level become great readers by the end of third grade. Volunteers serve in their community and disrupt the cycle of poverty by making a lasting difference in the lives of America’s most vulnerable children.
